Embassy Suites San Diego Bay

You must register for the PCMA Annual Meeting prior to booking your hotel reservation.  

Select only one of the following methods to request your housing reservation for the PCMA 56th Annual Meeting. Note: PCMA Student Members must book housing online in order to access the special student member rates. Click here for more information.

HOUSING INFORMATION AND CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICIES

• All housing reservations must be made through the 2012 PCMA Housing Bureau.

• Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.  Availability may be limited at hotels.

• Only one reservation allowed per form. 

• Only one room allowed per registrant. 

• You must register for the PCMA Annual Meeting prior to booking your hotel reservation.  When you register for the meeting online, the housing reservation process follows the meeting registration. 

• Questions should be directed to the PCMA Housing Bureau at 800.220.3839 (Toll-free U.S & Canada) or 847.996.5886 (International). Click here to view the FAQs.

• Acknowledgements of reservation request will be sent after each reservation form is received/processed, as well as each time a reservation is modified/changed and/or cancelled. For online registration/housing, acknowledgement is immediate.  For faxed/mailed forms, acknowledgements will be sent within 2 business days of completion of processing.  Please review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days of submission, please call the PCMA Housing Bureau at 800.220.3839 (Toll-free U.S & Canada) or 847.996.5886 (International).

• Reservations will ONLY require a credit card number guarantee.  

• All hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in (currently 12.56% - subject to change without notice).

• PCMA discounted room rates are applicable January 5 – 14, 2012, subject to availability.  

• Hotel reservation changes and/or cancellations to another hotel within the PCMA room block will be accepted until Thursday, December 15, 2011 by accessing your registration/housing record on the website or via the PCMA Housing Bureau in writing via e-mail at pcma@experient-inc.com.  Changes and/or cancellations and rebooking of a reservation will be accepted by the hotels beginning Wednesday, December 21 and only based on availability. 

• Cancellations for all PCMA participating hotels must be received a minimum of 48 hours prior to arrival.  A first night room and tax non refundable processing fee may be automatically charged to the credit card on file by the hotel for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival and no shows.
