Interactive Educational Sessions
Join ESPA (formerly ACOM) for a Day of Informative and Interactive Educational Sessions!
Meeting Professionals and Suppliers – Did you know that you can join your Convention Services partners for a day of interactive educational sessions at the ESPA Annual Conference on Sunday, January 8?
As meeting professionals and CSMs know very well, Great Meetings Don’t Just Happen! It takes great teamwork between planners and CSMs to produce amazing events. ESPA 2012 has developed a series of engaging interactive sessions to facilitate the exchange of ideas and initiate productive dialogue.
Each year ESPA partners with PCMA to encourage Convening Leaders participants to attend a day of ESPA programming at low, discounted rates. Additionally, while improving your knowledge of the meetings industry and strengthening your relationships with your CSM partners, you will also earn valuable credit toward your CMP (re-)certification. Here is what you can expect:
Half day registration - $50 (11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.), includes:
- An engaging presentation from Nancy DeBrosse, Vice President, Association Strategic Account Management, Experient: The Top Threes! Top three things keeping planners and hoteliers awake at night and the top meeting trends for 2012 and beyond
- Networking Luncheon with Professional and CSM colleagues
- Interactive Forum: Services & Planners Unite! Ideas in Motion
- Lively and Fun Session: Planner & CSM Best Practices – It’s all About the Teamwork!
Full day registration - $99, includes all half day programming described above as well as additional morning sessions. Visit www.acomonline.org for full schedule details.
ESPA sessions will be held at the US Grant Hotel, just a short distance from the convention center. Sign up on the PCMA Convening Leaders registration form. Note that registrations for ESPA are non-refundable.
